Is every feature on this page live today?
No. The Available Now section describes guided-pilot capabilities, enabled only after your business-specific call and notification route is configured and tested. The Early Access section is on the roadmap or limited to accounts where availability is confirmed in writing.
What does the $199/month include?
The plan is intended for one small HVAC business and includes a guided setup, call-flow configuration, testing, and agreed pilot capabilities. We confirm call volume, phone or message charges, and exact scope before the trial begins.
What happens during the 7-day free trial?
We agree on a small pilot scope, configure and test the call flow, then let you review the agreed service for seven days. No paid service starts until the scope and next steps are clear.
Can it book appointments right now?
Real-time calendar checks and automatic appointment booking are roadmap or early-access capabilities. Do not assume they are included in your pilot unless we confirm availability in writing.
How does it handle emergencies?
It can capture caller-stated urgency and flag the lead for your team. It does not dispatch a technician, assess danger, provide emergency instructions, or guarantee that someone will respond.
Will it replace our phone number?
We confirm the call-routing method during onboarding. We will not change your phone service until the routing plan and test steps are agreed with you.
Does it connect to Google Calendar or HVAC software?
Google Calendar and HVAC business-system integrations are planned for full rollout or early access. We will confirm a specific integration before representing it as available for your business.
What happens when I answer the call myself?
Your normal answering flow stays in control. Blue Superstar handles only the calls routed to the agreed missed-call or after-hours workflow.
What happens after hours?
The configured after-hours flow answers, captures the HVAC service request and customer details, checks the available service-area rules, and sends the lead to the owner.
What information does the AI collect?
Name, callback number, service address, city or ZIP, HVAC issue, caller-stated urgency, and callback preference, based on your configured workflow.
What happens if a caller hangs up early?
Available details can still be preserved and sent as an incomplete-call lead so you have a chance to follow up.
Can I choose my service ZIP codes?
Yes. Service-area ZIP rules are available through configurable setup; this does not imply a complete self-service dashboard.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel before the next billing period. We will confirm billing and any usage-based phone or messaging charges before the trial begins.
Does it record or transcribe calls?
Call recording, transcription, and AI summaries are available through the calling platform and are being surfaced conservatively in the customer experience. Lead-history tools remain in rollout. Any recording workflow must be explicitly configured and reviewed for applicable consent requirements before use.
